The Drug Company Shipping Policy

The Drug Company guarantees the arrival of your order within 30 days upon receipt of all the documentation necessary to fill your order. However the average shipping time is about 10-14 days.

Once we receive all prescriptions and required information, orders typically are shipped within 24 hours. If your order is not received within 30 days, we consider it lost by the post office and will replace it, hassle-free, at no charge to you, guaranteed.

Shipping and handling charges are $8.88 per package for prescription items. The shipping and handling fee ($8.88) applies to each parcel, not prescription, shipped to the U.S. If all your medications fit in one parcel, you will pay one shipping fee. Should you order from more than one pharmacy, shipping fee will be charged once for each pharmacy.

Orders shipped to the U.S. totaling more than $199 will receive free shipping.

N.B. Our standard shipping and handling fee to desinations outside of the U.S. is $49 per originating pharmacy.

Cancellation of orders placed prior to leaving the pharmacy will result in a cancellation fee of $25.
